Saw a 2010 Yeti advertised on AT, rang Newton Motors Ltd for info as it was a 200+ round trip. Bob, salesperson, answered all my questions and encouraged a visit with a very pleasant air, no pressure as have experienced in the past. My wife and I arrived and we were impressed with both the presentation of the vehicle, willingness to demonstrate its capabilities and the staffs enthusiasm to provide a sale. Minor issue was encountered and rectified promptly to our satisfaction. Gary ( owner) complimented us on our understanding and patience over the matter. Purchase from this establishment with confidence.

From the minute we walked on the forecourt we were welcomed with honest , no nonsense or pushy salesmen. We test drove and asked questions of which we had honest answers. Car was perfect for my needs, little niggles were sorted and we drove away having agreed a good price. Although I needed to return it a couple of days later for a minor problem which I was aware of at time of purchase all was super efficient and sorted. Colin and Gary and the team were great. Definitely recommend and I love my new( to me) little mini. Support small local businesses and give these guys a visit when looking for a used car. Great service.

I bought a used car from Newton Motors shortly before Christmas 2024. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, something went wrong with the vehicle when I drove it home and they immediately checked it out for me. When the problem returned a few days later they were very helpful and reassuring. They sent a part away for repair and did everything they could to make sure I would have my car back before Christmas. They provided me a spotless courtesy car too. My car was fixed within the timeframe they had hoped it would be but I couldn't collect for a further couple days due to work commitments and they had no problem with that either. The car has been fine since and I'm very happy with it. On balance a very positive experience with friendly and confident staff.

Bought a Ford transit off these guys about a month ago and not long after I started having an issue with it. I spoke to Gary and he got it in asap and I had the van back and running as it should in no time, all free of charge! Super helpful lot and have always gone out of their way to make sure I’ve had a pleasant experience. Can’t recommend them enough.

Found my car of choice through Autotrader at Norton Motors. Made a phone enquiry, answered by Bob who was informative and very helpful with descriptions and my searching questions, arranged a 2 hour trip from home to view and decided to buy after being allowed to crawl all over the vehicle unhindered by any staff. Decisision made, left a deposit and arranged collection the following week. Arrived to collect, only for an ABS light to illuminate, aĺl hands to the pump and a quick spin round the block it dissapeared but on the M5 reappeared on my way home. Assurances were given that it would be sorted and true to their word the owner, Gary, went above and beyond to achieve a suitable outcome. A welcome experience in todays world, can recommend this establishment to anyone contemplating buying a vehicle.
