I live 4 hours drive away, I made numerous calls to answer queries which were always met by any member of staff with no problem, a video walk around was provided as I couldn’t be there in person and every inch of the vehicle was covered. I was even offered a nationwide warranty due to living so far from the garage at a very small cost compared to needing to transport the vehicle with any faults a distance of 4 hours away!
