Friendly and helpful staff, car was just what we wanted although the test drive was too short through busy traffic in a built up area so somewhat limited . I should have checked all the electrics as I discovered after purchasing the car that the wiper washers didn't work. The garage were helpful about that mind and offered to repair it FOC if I could get the car back to them, but as I wasn't local to them I decided to do the job myself which I did without too much trouble. So far we are really pleased with the car, and happy to recommend them.

This was my first experience buying a used car from an independent trader rather than a main dealer, so I went into it with a degree of trepidation, not knowing exactly what to expect. Very happy to report that the whole process went smoothly, from my initial phone enquiry to completing the purchase. There was no hard sell and I felt that I was given all the information and answers I needed to make up my mind. I had to travel down from South Wales by train to collect the car, so Newton Motors made sure there was someone waiting to pick me up from the station and drive me back to the dealership, which was a great bit of extra customer service I didn't expect.
