Really pleasant experience. Didn't feel any pressure to purchase a vehicle and not made to feel like a nuisance when wanting to test drive, or asking about the history of the vehicle. When we decided we were interested in a vehicle they were really helpful and we did end up purchasing from them. We are really.pleased with the car and the service that we received. We would highly recommend Newton Motors, if you are looking for a helpful, honest, no pressure, second hand car dealer.

TBH, I was a bit apprehensive of purchasing a vehicle from any privately owned used car dealership, as I've never really heard anything positive in my entire life regarding ANY used car dealers in ANY country! Still, I decided to have a look at what was on offer. And much to my surprise, I did find one lone car that caught my eye. Twas in excellent condition, low mileage, reasonable price etc etc.. So, I took the risk and bought it. Unlike every previous big named branded I've bought from, if I wanted, I could drive the car away straight away. Absolutely zero waiting time waiting for insurance documents, preparation or whatever. With that I was able to complete the entire transaction within 24 hours. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for that. I took it for a long drive, which soon turned into the thing that I so feared.. Car died and thoughts of being sold a dud (just like everyone had warned me of) was now very apparent. I managed to limp back to the dealership and expected to be fobbed off with one excuse or another. However, without any b.s. the guys at Newton Motors took it back and fixed the issue by the very next day. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ added there. On receiving it back, I took it for a spin...and again it died. Again, no quibble they took it back and went to work on it. Within 24 hrs they had fixed the problem. 3rd time around, again I went for another drive...and more warning lights flashed up indicating other new issues. Long story short, they fixed it within 24 hrs again and at last - no more problems. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ earned on top. So, contrary to what I believed about used car dealers, my first second hand car purchase didn't turn out to be the nightmare battle I'd been anticipating. Zero excuses, zero resistance and actually I'm very pleased with the level of service received from start to finish. TBH, the fact that Newton Motors has been in business for over 40 odd years points clearly to a respectable, fairly honest and decently run dealership. I highly recommend Newton Motors.

Exceptional service from Jason and Gary from start to finish when purchasing my new motor. So good, I felt like I’ve known them forever and felt like part of the family when I departed with my car. Will definitely go back in the future.
